How to sponsor a student
We encourage corporate and private sponsors to help make a difference. With Explorers Academy you can have a positive impact on people in developing countries by sponsoring environmental and cultural awareness along with economic progress.
There are two types of corporate sponsorship:
1. Sponsor an employee:
Offer a scholarship to an employee as reward, or, if you are a travel agent or tour operator, to pave the way for the employee's advancement - and benefit from his or her new knowledge.
2. Advertising sponsorship:
Corporate sponsors achieve PR and recognition by Explorers Academy students and the specialty travel industry. Ask us for details. As a sponsor you can also attract trained staff from the academy. You can nominate a student, such as an employee, or let us nominate a student or students for scholarship.
Students, if you came to this page for information about financial support, please note that funding may be available from one of the national, state or local programs where you live. (We regret that we are not in position to provide details on public financial support, which vary from one country to another). If you are a young student, you may also consider parental sponsorship.
Explorers Academy is occasionally in position to offer scholarships, which usually take the form of a course fee discount. Information will be made available on this website.
Travel agents and tour operators:
Explorers Academy faculty, expertise and facilities can be utilised for your own group. Courses can be tailored to suit your requirements and budget.
